Qualification & Progression

By completing this course, you'll earn a Level 1 Certificate in Skills for Working in Catering and Hospitality Industries (603/1640/8), which teaches you essential cooking, kitchen, and food safety skills. It improves your chances of getting jobs in restaurants, cafes, or catering, and gives you a solid foundation for further training or a career in the food industry.
