Holly gained her role as a teaching assistant at E2 through her work search with the Kickstart Scheme. Initially, Holly's work coach had recommended this role based on her hobbies, interests and future career aspirations.

When asking Holly why she applied for this particular role within the organisation she replied:  "This role offers so many opportunities to help others. I've always been someone who cares deeply about helping other people and seeing the positive outcomes that come from helping those who are less fortunate."
