Working with local schools we provide alternative education and vocational courses in catering and functional skills for students who have difficulty accessing mainstream provision. These BTEC Level 1 courses are accredited through Pearson
Our charity provides youth sessions, after school clubs, art sessions and community events as well as a range of social activities for children, young people and adults. We also offer volunteering opportunities, work placements and apprenticeships.
Through our 'Strike Out' programme we deliver accredited vocational courses and functional skills that help young people who have difficulty accessing mainstream education provision to overcome their barriers to learning.
Working with local groups and organisations we support and encourage residents to come together and take collective action to generate sustainable solutions to common issues they have identified in their community.
E2 is the trading name ofthe Cooke e-Learning Foundation
E2 is based at two different venues in Beaumont Leys, where we provide off site vocational provision for Key Stage 4 students from local schools, IT training for local residents and a variety of informal courses to help unemployed people seek work and improve their skills. We can also give advice to community groups and local residents to help them get online and ways to help their children to use the internet safely for learning at home.
